- BAM -- An interactive site for children ages 9 through 13 with games and characters that teach fitness, nutrition, and staying healthy. Kids can also create a fitness and activity calendar, find out facts on sports, and post stories about getting fit.
- Kidnetic -- A website for tweens that has active games and information on how the body works and how to eat right.
- CDC Physical Activity Center -- A resource for adults to find fitness advice and activity suggestions for the entire family.
- AAP Physical Activity Center -- A resource for parents to find fitness information, as well as community and state physical activity programs.
