Problem #3: I hate working out. Let's face it: Some people just don't like to exercise. Maybe you're not the athletic type or there's always something else you'd rather be doing.
Solution. You don't have to be sweating for an hour at a gym. The key to success? Find something you enjoy. You'd be surprised how many people continually force themselves to do something that they don't like just because they think it's the "most beneficial" kind of exercise. It might take a bit of trial and error to find a good fit for you. To help, ask yourself what you crave. Alone time? Social time? Quality time with your spouse or kids? Why not build activity into those interests? Some ideas might include a weekly tennis date with a neighbor, dance lessons, shooting baskets with the kids or a blissful 20-minute walk alone.
