We know how hard it is to fight cravings, so indulge them, but with healthier yet flavorful choices!

Instead of: Muffins

Eat this: Whole-grain cereal bars

How it tastes: The cereal bar will still give you the sweet cake-y fix you crave without all the calories.

Why the switch: A typical muffin can pack in 300 to 500 calories, while a cereal bar is usually less than 150 calories. Choose one that has no more than 2 grams of saturated fat and 12 grams of sugar, and at least 2 grams of fiber.
